The iyogi complaints form has practical utility; it helps improve resolution time, among others. It is no joke trying to get through the line to one of the iyogi customer service personnel, as there may are hundreds of people doing the same thing at any given time. The complaints form does away with such issues, and anyone can take time and jot down his complaint. I have used it just once to highlight an installation issue; they made a call the very next day and settled my issues. That is sweet.

I didn’t think that I would end up using the iyogi complaints form and that the experience would be so sweet. For a change, when I had an issue with the support dock I instead of following the usual ritual of making a call to the tech support guys, just dropped a complaint on iyogi complaints form. And pronto…...very happy that it came of well

iYogi Complaints: Technical Issues
I am quite surprised with the way iYogi managed my computer’s technical issue last night. I have been subscribed to iYogi since 2 years, but yesterday was the first time iYogi didn’t served me appropriately. Perhaps, I was asked to call twice because of some default in their line. In my earlier conversations with the iYogi gies, they have always called me back. And apart from the call, the tech guy didn’t have much knowledge about my computer’s problem and was only focusing on renewal of the subscription. This kind of output from iYogi was never expected. Hope this iYogi complaints form helps iYogi to get the actual picture of their techies.

I am really disgusted with the way iYogi functions. I mean, no doubt that iYogi provides the best technical support to us, but the renewal part of my subscription really get on my nerves. I get plenty of mails and calls for the renewal of my subscription everyday, which irritates me the most. iYogi plays the part of informing or reminding me about the same quite well, but that doesn’t mean that they will keep bothering me until and unless I get pissed off with their extended concern.

I had called iYogi to help me remove a corrupt antivirus on my system but the technician had botched the job and my system went on the blink. I used the services of the iYogi Complaint Form to get my complaint heard. This is a great new initiative by the firm, I feel.

I feel iYogi has done yeomen service by bringing out iYogi Complaint Form. This will help both the firm and the customer to come to an understanding. Trust me-it works. I had used it when the company erred while correcting a flaw in my computer. The issue was taken care of within the next few hours.

iyogi complaints : waiting for Technician
Iyogi guy working on my computer remotely said he will call me back! 28 hrs later no one called me. I dont know whether my computer is working fine or not. I cancelled my dentist appointment waiting for his call. I am so not happy with the service.
I signed for a year of contract, I am writing a formal complaint at IYOGI compliant cell, someone from customer service reading this kindly look into it.

Iyogi Complaints: DNS CLUSTERING
iyogi business support guys helped me fixed my problems. I am amazed at their quick response. They are my first choice, but recently when I tried re-do my network setup and asked help from them they simply denied saying they are not suppose to touch the clustering issue of my network when I asked them to help me they said they dont work on it.
Its against their policy something called black list, On this IYOGI complaints page I am writing so that someone can help me with my problem
I am using windows Server 2000 I am facing problem with DNS Clustering

I used the iyogi complaint form the last time I had an issue with my photoshop software. But since it was nothing urgent, I tried the iyogi complaints form, basically just out of curiosity, to get it fixed. I got a pleasant surprise when only an hour or so later a technician from the company gave me a call and enquired about the problem. He said that they have come across my complaint on the form. It was not long before my problem got resolved. I thanked him and the company profusely for taking customer support service so seriously.
