Generally you can’t rely on complaints form to put your opinion. But iyogi complaints form is different. All you have to do is right in your feedback or complaint and in very less time they will reply you. I am very satisfied with iyogi and their technicians.

Earlier I thought how a company can take anyone’s complaint so seriously merely by posting it on a form. But when I filled iyogi complaint form to reach out to the company and discuss my experience, I was all amazed with their response. They were quick and extremely polite.

Perfect medium to register your complaint… I’ve used iYogi’s single incident plan and I’m quite happy with the way technician handled my call. While resolving the issue, he briefed me the problem and the measures taken to solve it. I have no issues with the team… but this form will surely help people who had hard luck during their tech support session.

iYogi complaint form helped me get my issue fixed after one of their technicians left it half-resolved. A new technician was assigned to work on my problem, who gave 100% assistance in solving the problem. Thank you guys for your help!

Would you guys actually hear our cries and complaints on services and behavioral issues of technicians? I never had any such issues with technicians except some trivial connectivity problems through past one year of my association with iYogi. But, overall a great step and attempt to hear more from us. With the launch of iYogi complaints form, the response time has significantly reduced. Getting a solution to your problem has become way faster now. My complaint was answered in 2 days. Earlier it used to take much longer as there was no proper forum. I’m sure this will bring in lots of improvements. This is exactly how I like to interact with a service provider.

My experience with iYogi has always been outstanding. I have never had any problem with their tech support whatsoever. I’m impressed by iYogi’s new move. iYogi complaint form will help customers resolve their issues and will also give company an opportunity to understand customer grievances in depth.. Good suggestion Steph, I agree with you. I have also never faced any problem with iYogi. My support sessions have always been handled perfectly. But at the same time I think this complaint form helps iYogi hear their customer complains in case they are not satisfied with the support they have received… Good job iYogi!!!

I would really like to appreciate the quick response time taken by iyogi team members to respond to the feedback received via complaints form… My problem was answered within a short period of 3 days. I have never experienced such a quick response time. In fact, i was expecting no response at all. But i was proved wrong by iyogi.

I think that you guys should rename this page as iyogi feedback form or iyogi suggestion form because your support services are so good that I don’t think any customer of yours would be having any problems with you. If you don't wish to rename it, then you should make it clear here itself that it is not only for voicing your complaints but the customers can send their views, suggestions and other feedbacks also through this page.

I got tangled with my printer spooler problem and the worst part was that it happened when my tech-savvy bro was outta town! However, he left a message on a sticky post to contact iYogi to handle technical hiccups in his absence. I wrote about that problem on iYogi Complaint form and it worked! A guy called within couple of hours inquiring about the problem and fixed my printer!

I recently purchased Windows 8 Pro installtion disk from iyogi shop. I received the installation DVD within the stipulated time, however when I inserted it into my Windows 7 PC's optical drive, it was not working. I was worried as the money I spent has gone waste. I half heartedly voiced my complaint here on the iyogi complaint form. The other day i got a call from an iyogi representative, he listened to my problem patiently, and promised to replace the DVD. Today i hav received a mail from iyogi that my DVD has been despatched and i hav to return the faulty DVD back to the courier guy. Thanks a lot iyogi for starting this complaint form.

My PC was bombarding me with excessive virus alerts and messages and even worse, I couldn’t even run the antivirus on my PC. After a series of failed attempts, I reported the problem at the iYogi Complaint form. Within just about one hour of posting, an iYogi technician called me to inquire about the problem and actually resolved the issue within 40 minutes – I was thoroughly impressed with iYogi’s tech support service.

I recently upgraded to the consumer preview version of windows 8. however, my parents were used to working on windows 7. Therefore I want to go back to windows 7. I don’t know how to do this. I called my friend, he too was blank on this. But, he suggested me to avail the single incident support service of iyogi as it is free. i called iyogi and the guy on the other end was quite helpful to me in suggesting that what i need to do to bring back the previously installed OS on my PC. i really appreciate the timely help offered by iyogi.

Prompt service… I liked the way iyogi complaints form work… A different team is assigned to cater the estranged customers.. they work quickly and take each complaint hands-on… I got my issue resolved in 2 days through the complaint form… I’m very happy…

I used the iyogi complaint form the last time I had an issue with my photoshop software. But since it was nothing urgent, I tried the iyogi complaints form, basically just out of curiosity, to get it fixed. I got a pleasant surprise when only an hour or so later a technician from the company gave me a call and enquired about the problem. He said that they have come across my complaint on the form. It was not long before my problem got resolved. I thanked him and the company profusely for taking customer support service so seriously.

The iyogi complaints form has practical utility; it helps improve resolution time, among others. It is no joke trying to get through the line to one of the iyogi customer service personnel, as there may are hundreds of people doing the same thing at any given time. The complaints form does away with such issues, and anyone can take time and jot down his complaint. I have used it just once to highlight an installation issue; they made a call the very next day and settled my issues. That is sweet.

I didn’t think that I would end up using the iyogi complaints form and that the experience would be so sweet. For a change, when I had an issue with the support dock I instead of following the usual ritual of making a call to the tech support guys, just dropped a complaint on iyogi complaints form. iYogi Complaints: Technical Issues
I am quite surprised with the way iYogi managed my computer’s technical issue last night. I have been subscribed to iYogi since 2 years, but yesterday was the first time iYogi didn’t served me appropriately. Perhaps, I was asked to call twice because of some default in their line. In my earlier conversations with the iYogi gies, they have always called me back. And apart from the call, the tech guy didn’t have much knowledge about my computer’s problem and was only focusing on renewal of the subscription. This kind of output from iYogi was never expected. Hope this iYogi complaints form helps iYogi to get the actual picture of their techies.

I am really disgusted with the way iYogi functions. I mean, no doubt that iYogi provides the best technical support to us, but the renewal part of my subscription really get on my nerves. I get plenty of mails and calls for the renewal of my subscription everyday, which irritates me the most. iYogi plays the part of informing or reminding me about the same quite well, but that doesn’t mean that they will keep bothering me until and unless I get pissed off with their extended concern.

I had called iYogi to help me remove a corrupt antivirus on my system but the technician had botched the job and my system went on the blink. I used the services of the iYogi Complaint Form to get my complaint heard. This is a great new initiative by the firm, I feel.

I feel iYogi has done yeomen service by bringing out iYogi Complaint Form. This will help both the firm and the customer to come to an understanding. Trust me-it works. I had used it when the company erred while correcting a flaw in my computer. The issue was taken care of within the next few hours.

iyogi complaints : waiting for Technician
Iyogi guy working on my computer remotely said he will call me back! 28 hrs later no one called me. I dont know whether my computer is working fine or not. I cancelled my dentist appointment waiting for his call. I am so not happy with the service.
I signed for a year of contract, I am writing a formal complaint at IYOGI compliant cell, someone from customer service reading this kindly look into it.

Iyogi Complaints: DNS CLUSTERING
iyogi business support guys helped me fixed my problems. I am amazed at their quick response. They are my first choice, but recently when I tried re-do my network setup and asked help from them they simply denied saying they are not suppose to touch the clustering issue of my network when I asked them to help me they said they dont work on it.
Its against their policy something called black list, On this IYOGI complaints page I am writing so that someone can help me with my problem
