I’m very impressed with the way iYogi technicians helped me solve my email issue. Being a PR executive, my entire work depends on emails. I had a corrupt hard disk. I contacted the company’s service station and their engineer told me that the cost to repair/replace it would be around $1000. I was in no mood to pay so much, so I contacted iYogi. the technician charged me $169.99 and gave me their annual subscription plan. Not only did he solve my problem by repairing my hard drive, he also backed up all my data for future… got my issue fixed at much less price and got covered for 1 full year. iYogi technicians did a great job in rescuing my data when my computer suffered a bad virus attack. The technician cleaned my system and ran various diagnostics to remove the nasty virus. He also optimized my system for best performance. My computer is now running like a brand new machine. However, the technician forced me to buy their annual plan, which I did not like. My laptop died exactly after 7 months from the date its warranty expired. I took it to a local shop, but he just wasted my time and charged me $100 for doing ‘nothing.’ On a friend’s advice, I called up iYogi technical services. Since I was not able to fix it myself, I needed expert help. iYogi technician promptly helped me and resolved the issue. I was able to save a lot of money and the hassle of going to the repair shop. I've been using iyogi for the past 2 years. Before that I had a full-time technician, who wasn't able to solve all my problems and was pretty slow with his work. I always had to book appointments and wait for him to turn up.Initially, I was hesitant about switching to iyogi but the change has been refreshing. All of my problems are now solved remotely. I was amazed to look at my PC a few days back when it started playing random music on its own. It looks a bit funny but was very scary for me at that time. I tried finding the clue of those sounds and installed many security software. I used malwarebytes, super antispyware and tried juggling entries in the registry as well. I wanted to connect my Samsung Smart TV to a broadband connection at my home. I tried hard in configuring the LAN cable but every time it shows that CHECK DNS SETTINGS IN IP SETTINGS. I rely heavily on e-mail to conduct my business. Spam and phishing e-mails really annoyed me to the extent that I have raised a complaint to the FBI as well. I was facing issues with McAfee SaaS software. The techie diagnosed my desktop having Windows Server. He then kept transferring my call adding to further delay. But the last guy seemed to be intelligent. He told me how to device a secure online security strategy. I have subscribed their 3-month plan… will check their services before I go for upgrade.

Believe me, iYogi reviews and step-by-step resolutions available on the Internet helped troubleshoot the virus problem I was facing on my PC. The steps provided in the solutions are extremely easy to follow and certainly will not misdirect. However in between I faced a problem, I called iYogi Experts to resolve the problem.
